Lucy is the founder of Soberano School Improvement Services. She is a passionate educator and school improvement specialist with hands-on experience working with schools in Ghana and Kenya through Excellence Empowered Schools. She has visited schools and universities across Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria, the UK, Canada, and the USA (including Michigan State University). She is currently completing her doctorate, expected next year.
